Our Outside School Hours Care including Vacation Support is designed for children over pre-school age and under 12 years with a NDIS plan.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every child, regardless of their abilities, can participate in enriching experiences that contribute to their overall development and goals.
We're a team of experienced, qualified staff who have undergone training in supporting children with low to moderate disabilities, to more complex and severe. We can provide support in-home, community or in our Activity Hub.
We provide safe and comfortable transportation for school drop-off and pick-up, as part of before and after school support. Our vehicles are wheelchair accessible and can be regularly scheduled or on an as-needed basis.
We provide a supportive, inclusive and enriching environment where children can engage in various activities (both centre-based and off-site outings), build social connections and have memorable experiences during their school breaks.
We facilitate fully supported movie night experiences in the Activity Hub. We offer a safe and enjoyable time for all children, while offering respite for parents and carers. Take a look at our upcoming events page to find out when the next Movie Night is happening.

I would like to thank Meryn and Xanthe for making my sons attendance at CCF's recent movie night a great experience. As parents of a 10 year old boy who is Level 3 Autism that also has ADHD and severe separation anxiety, we were very anxious that our son would not cope. We expected a phone call as it had been a long time since our son has participated in an activity outside of his comfort zone at home, without it ending in stress or being an unsuccessful situation. We did not receive a phone call and enjoyed a nice meal out at a restaurant with our daughter whilst our son attended the movie night, which is a rare thing for us to do without our son.
Like many other parents in our situation, it’s so important that our son is able to participate in activities with other people and especially other children without us. We thank Meryn and Xanthe for adapting and being flexible to accommodate my child’s needs on the night, creating a fun, engaging and safe environment for him in which he said he is looking forward to doing again. That is huge for our child and we are very happy and grateful that there is such a service available to our boy. A very special touch is that the service has two very special dogs on site that have natures that you can’t fault. My son absolutely adores these dogs as they are so loving and gentle. I highly recommend this service.
